House of Transhumance
Located in a magnificent natural setting, it will cover an area of over 500 sq.m. In the beginning, it will offer temporary exhibitions, to be renewed each year, on a 300 sq.m area, and will also include a reception area and a souvenir store. Finally, at a later stage, it will accommodate an information centre, administrative offices and other services.
The pace of activities at the House of Transhumance will be set by a program of events and festive celebrations related to the cycle of transhumance: shearing demonstration, bell concert, sheepdog contests, etc. Meetings, training sessions, seminars, etc. can take place in other buildings of the Domaine des Aulnes estate.
